TERMS & CONDITIONS

​Please bear in mind reservations are confirmed upon full payment of invoice, we require a minimum of 2 business days to process your rental requests.

1) The renter must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID containing their signature during pick up or delivery.

2) Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3) A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of invoice payment.

4) Invoices must be paid at least 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

5) For all rentals, payment of rental fee and a security deposit (50% of the rental fee) is mandatory.

- The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days upon safe and timely return of the rental equipment.

6) We are not responsible for training you to properly use the Rental Items.


Cancellation Policy:

Due to the fact that all of our equipment is by reservation only, and your requested equipment is removed from our available equipment list, making it unavailable for other clients. We are forced to charge a Cancellation Fee to compensate for the time the equipment is not available, as follows:

- Cancellation on day of event - We charge 100% of the rental fee.

- Cancellation less than 48 hours notice before day of event - We charge 50% of the rental fee.

- Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice - We charge no fee.

- Upon Cancellation 100% of Security Deposit is returned within 3 days.

Security Deposit:

In addition to the rental fee, you consent to us charging a 50% security deposit for the rental items that are shown on your invoice.  This charge is security against loss or damage of the Rental Items or non-payment of any fees. We will return the Security Deposit, less any amounts you owe us, within three days after the Rental Items have been returned to us.

Unreturned or Damaged Rental Items: 

In addition to paying Rental Fees, you agree to pay the replacement value of Rental Items that are returned in a damaged, incomplete or inoperable condition.

No Liability; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity: 

We are not responsible for, and accept any liability for, injuries, faulty performance of, or failure of the Rental Items to perform as desired. We are not responsible for training you to properly use the Rental Items. You agree to accept the Rental Items “as-is” and with no warranties of any kind. You agree that we are not responsible for any losses or damage, including consequential, incidental, direct and the like, even if we have reason to know of the likelihood of such damages. In any event and under all circumstances, our maximum liability to you under the Terms is for the Rental Fee. It is your responsibility to check the Rental Items for suitable condition and operability upon arrival. You assume the risks of and agree to hold us harmless from all property damage and personal injuries caused by the Rental Items, where permitted by law.
